Thank You For Your Comments

The Time Is Now To Engage Your Child’s Academic Headstart

Have you planned to purchase fun learning devices? Here are the top three questions you need to ask yourself before ordering an electronic learning tablet for kids. How old is your child? Are your children ready for the digital era they are entering? Finally, how safe are your kids when interacting with tech?

You are the role model for your child. You are also a stakeholder in your child’s educational life. Therefore, every decision you make will directly impact your children. That is why you need to be keen on the choices you make about your kids’ growth and development requirements. Remember, every move has its consequences.

With parenthood, especially first-time parents, everything is in green. Sometimes, you will find yourself in crossroads where every learning device you see in stores seems to be perfect for your child. It is at this juncture that a majority of parents fall victim to unscrupulous businesspeople.

These salespersons are very smart at trapping unsuspecting guardians. They come with all sorts of sweet business language until you fall for a gadget that offers improper services. What will your child gain in a tool that can not even accommodate one gaming session? This is a wake-up call for parents preparing to launch technology in their kids’ academic headstart.

Are Your Children Ready For The Digital Era They Are Entering?

The Situation Makes The Whole Process of Identifying If Your Child Is Good To Go With Technology As a Tedious Activity!!

Going for the best buy electronic learning tablet for kids is one aspect of making your children successful. And confirming if your kids are ready for the technological age is another very relevant aspect of excellence. Prosperity is one sensitive milestone. The process demands the provision of the necessary raw materials only when the time is ripe.

With digital evolution affecting even the mutation of people, the question of how liable your kids are at the moment is always a tough one. It is only the tech generation children that can cram your password, use it to access your electronic gadget’s inappropriate content. And erase the device’s cookies. Whereas they are unable to tie their shoelace correctly. I think the world must declare this among the wonders of the world!

Whereas scholars advise tablet introduction to start at the age of three years, at one year nine months, kids start asking for an electronic academic tool.

All You Need To Know Before Introducing Tech To Your Child

The professional education curriculum has its protocol. And every stakeholder needs to go through every step before concluding their incline to officiate the whole procedure as a shareholder.

Because your children are the main project, before you resume the purchase of the relevant assets, find out if they are prepared for the digital era they are entering. But how? Here is all you need to know!

* Their age

Age being a time factor, it dictates both the growth and development of your child. At 0–1 month, it is irrelevant to purchase for your child a playing toy. Because at this age, they may be even unable to identify their own mother. This is a stage where kids are good to go under provisions of milk. The only task is to eat, cry a little bit, sleep, wake up, lick their fingers, and so on. We have all gone through that! Therefore at this time, the age does not permit the launching of tech.

However, when kids reach two years, they naturally know what they want, their memory is able to hold and store content for a period, their gripping power is a bit stable, their concentration span is more than 5 minutes at a time. And a tablet can find sense in the eyes of your child.

More Effectively Managing The Well-being of Your Child

There are many incidents of kids with special needs happening throughout the world. Perhaps having a child with a special case does not mean he is not able to find the technology of use. These cases normally affect the preparation of your kids before they start using a tablet.

Children who are fast or moderate learners tend to be more ready to start school life. The result is not the same when it comes to slow learners or kids with special needs. However, it is not a limited–chance scenario if you have a child who requires special attention. Here is how to make your special needs child a genius!

How To Make Your Special Need Child a Genius

•Embrace patience

These kids need attention from a guardian who is able to wait for the results not necessarily minding how long it will take. Therefore, experts advise parents with these special kids to be very patient. A majority of these kids have a low concentration span and a small memory. Therefore, a regular reminder of a particular concept will help keep the information in their memory. That requires patience.

The super fact about these loving kids is that once they understand a topic, it will forever remain in their memories. It is an awesome reality that confirms, indeed patience pays.

• Be persistent

These Kids Have a Smaller Concentration Span. They Also Have a Challenge Remembering Even The Simplest Concept In The Curriculum!!

Thereby, being persistent will help increase the understanding of your child.

• Don’t make your special case child feel unable to accomplish some tasks

We live by faith, and the moment these special fruits extinct, doubt and despair take their place. That means irrespective of the condition of your child, great exam results can come from him. There are different ways a parent can make kids feel unworthy to carry out some tasks. That may mark the beginning of unappealing performances from your children.

We are social creatures. And self-esteem is paramount in day to day life. Anything or act that can temper with your confidence might drain your morale significantly. Remember, motivating yourself is no little task. Avoid names that can demean or degrade your child’s efforts to improve. For instance, calling them special needs kids, or slow learners.

Also, isolating your special needs children from the rest might give them a negative impression of themselves. Take for example you are attending a meeting then all of a sudden, someone calls and tells you to leave the debate or discussion. It is degrading. Questions like “why me?” will run in your head denying you your peace of mind.

Do you know of a story where a goat lived with lions and started behaving like them? I am not sure whether the story comes from one of the short storybooks in stores or it is my grandmother’s making. But if you are not as fortunate as some of us who have a childhood to remember, obviously, you don’t know much about this story.

It is a once upon a time story that happens during a rainy season. A mother goat finds shade at the top of the mountain where a less than an hour old baby goat finds refuge in the mother.

Suddenly, thunder and lightning strike. Remember, it is the first time for the little goat to hear such horrible sounds. A quick thought crosses the mind of the young goat, and suddenly, she runs away from her mother searching for a much safer habitat.

Hold Your Child Tight Academically

Unfortunately, she slips off from the clip of the mountain and from the care of the mother, rolls down the mountain. It is so sad for her mommy, she begins the search but finds no trace of her bundle of joy.

Down the mountain and unconscious, the lioness comes to the rescue of the innocent baby goat. She takes the injured beauty to her house, prepares some herbs, and after a few days, the little goat regains consciously but finds herself surrounded by the lioness calves. They are happy, their new sick friend is healthy now. But their happiness is marked by roaring!

Baby goat not able to remember her origin thinks she is a baby lion too. And begins to roar like the others!

That is the end of the story. The moral lesson:

Wow, this was actually a good read for me, I was interested in all the technology and all the equipment that are available at this time where technology dominates. And in my opinion I do believe that kids should use some of the products you recommended so that they can use it and learn from them, but I also believe that meanwhile, they are learning that the parents keep them company so that the kid doesn´t feel alone or doesn´t get too attached to the phone or pad. Thanks again.

Nice one Jack. I was very impressed by how you have discussed the issue with kids with special needs and I just couldn’t agree less with what you have said there. Kids with special needs really need patience and care. Generally, all-out kids need all that from us. An electronic tablet can help heighten their learning. You have really written this so well jack. You are spot on with this posy and I totally agree with you. With the technology age, we have evolved into, there is a need for self-consciousness in everything we do as parents concerning our kid’s wellbeing. To be honest, I see this as a callup letter to ginger parents to make wise decisions before introducing technology to the kids. Though it comes with the advantages, we must be very interactive with them. I really fancy this a lot. Though I have introduced tech to my two sons, I ensured that they are limited with the parental controls. Thanks for this post

This Is a really interesting topic, and I like the way it has been treated in this article. Some electronic gadgets are just not what kids need at a particular stage of their lives. Its really true that some salesperson just persuade you to buy gadgets that are not good for your kids, but this can be corrected If the parents are well enlightened about what to look out for when buying gadgets for their kids. This is an informative and educative article, I’ll what it with some of my friends too. Thanks.

It truly is amazing how early children are working on electronics.  It wasn’t that long ago that we didn’t even have email, and now everything is electronics.

I do feel that it is important for our children to start on electronics at a fairly young age, but to limit the amount of time that they are using them.  I have a son who is 11, who started playing games on an iPad when he was about 3.  I am amazed that currently I  have to go to him with questions about electronics.

If you currently aren’t letting your child use electronics, I do recommend it, just limit the time.  It will give them confidence in their ability to figure stuff out on their own.
