Prepare Your Child For School: All You Need To Do!!
Starting school and maintaining awesome performances is not an easy task. It depends on how well you are preparing your child for the whole process. And fun learning devices are here to help; all you need is do the right timing.
Tablet for learning is essential for your children’s proven modern fun-based academic edge. It is the basic tool in making your kids successful.
Parenthood starts immediately the bundle of joy arrives. That is the restriction that comes as a result of the tender age of your child. In other words, you need to monitor what your child eats, plays with, listens to, and much more. And the list of the dos and don’ts widens as your children prepare for school.
The school environment is very different from home life. With the many rules and regulations available in the learning processes, thorough planning needs to take place.
How Are You Preparing Your Kids For School? Here is a top-secret for you!
* Create a schedule for your child.
Remember, in every academic setting, there is a specific scheme in place. Every child needs to follow the timetable strictly. However, how will your kids appreciate and embrace the schedule if they don’t have one at home? A challenge, of course!
Among the many school rules, “doing everything at the right place and time” is always a top policy. How can you train your children to be time conscious?
√ Give your children several tasks to clear and limit the time for completion of the assignment.
While growing up, my Mom used to give me several different jobs to be done. That mostly occurred in the afternoon because it was time for them to go to church meetings. The task is to be completed by 6 in the evening. Meaning, I have only 4 hours to finish the work.
With the fear of being punished in the evening. I divide the time left with the number of tasks I have to clear. That is the shortcut to clearing the assignment on time.
That is why I remember that moment up to date. Therefore, there is no bad thing following the footsteps of my mother. Though it is an analog system of training your child.
√ Create specific times for particular activities.
There are natural activities in every home like, eating, praying, washing, and much more. How do you plan for your family’s eating schedule?
Worldwide, there are three groupings of meals. That is breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Of course, it is for the morning, noon, and evening respectively. But do you have a specific time for the meals? Or it is any moment as long as it is in line with the required moment?
Having a plan that outlines specifically what hour to have a particular meal is a perfect move of training your child on time management. When kids are left alone, especially with the technologies, they tend to forget about certain activities. But when you create a habit of serving food at a particular exact time, your child’s body will adapt to the system. And the time reaches for a change; the body will automatically send an alert to the brain.
Thus, having a schedule that has specific time limits will help improve your kids’ sensitivity of time. Which is a compulsory aspect of school?
√ Be your child’s role model
How do you value your time? Remember, time is money, the more you waste, the higher the chances of being left behind. Do you want your children to be billionaires? Teach them to respect time.

You are your child’s mentor, therefore, how you care and value time will be a reflection of your child to see.
To date, I still believe my Dad is the most time conscious parent. He attended to all of my school meetings regardless of how tight his schedule is.
My dad is a retired police officer. I thank him for the peaceful coexistence in our community. For the daughters and sons of soldiers, you understand how the mention of your parent’s profession affects your friends.

To be sincere, the number of times my dad moved from one police station to another is uncountable. But irresistible of the distance of where he works from school, my father managed to attend all the parent-teacher meetings. Additionally, he was right on time! And that is the “Dady” my kids have found in me. All because I had a perfect role model from my father.
What will be your legacy? Will you be comfortable if your child emulates your footsteps? There are different ways of teaching your children to be super time managers. For instance, attend the parent-teacher meetings on time. Like my dad. Avail yourself in family meetings and remind your kids to value time.
√ Create a realistic schedule
The timetable will impact your child depending on the relevance of the scheme. For that purpose,
you need to make something that can comfortably accommodate your children. For instance, a schedule that highlights the specific times for a particular activity.
* Introduce the school subjects to your kids while still at home
The moment your child starts school, there are subjects she will meet in class. Mathematics, science, languages, arts, and much more. Do you know you can kickstart your kids’ education while still at home? Here are a few tactics for handling the situation!
√ Do the counting by the use of the available resources. Like spoons, bottle tops, threads, and pegs.

Regular calculations with your kids will put them in a position of handling the sums on their own. That is the first rule of preparing your children for the more robust maths ahead of them.
√ Prepare them for science by helping them identify the different parts of their body and the functions. In preschool, they will probably study the 5 senses and a brief description of the various parts of the body. Why not teach them the songs that will help them memorize these parts.
Songs make learning easier, effective, fun, and engaging. If you are not familiar with the common rhymes, don’t fear trying out your own beats to make them enjoy their studies.
√ One thing I like about the historical subject is that it doesn’t change. The things your teacher taught you, are the same that your child will learn about. Having time to narrate the history of a certain community to your kids will keep them top.
√ Language stands for communication. How well can your child communicate in a particular language? Which language do you use at home? Whatever your children interact with, determines how well they will handle education. To make your child a champion in a particular language, make it a habit to use the language when conversing with him.

Be it drawing, braiding, weaving, dancing, singing, and modeling. Teaching your children about different aspects of arts depend on what they love doing. It is through identifying your child’s hobby that you can assess which category she falls under.
However, you can have an impact on how your child selects a particular hobby. How can you affect the choice of your kids? Here is a clue for you!
How To Initiate Your Children’s Decision Making Process
• Create a bond with your children. This can be through talking to them regularly. If you are around for your children, they will have it easier to consult you before making any decision. That way, you can give them your opinion.
• Teach your children about different hobbies, their advantages, and their disadvantages. By doing so, you will leave your child with few choices to make. Chances are, they will go for a hobby you are happy with.
Take, for instance, drawing as a hobby. There are thousands of people who are making it big in life by creating a masterpiece. If you follow up on the history of these creative minds, it all starts by doing what they like doing.
* Introduce technology to your kids at a tender age.

When I was a teacher, I was very resistant to using much technology when it first came on the scene. But that was when it was first introduced in schools. However, I soon realized it was here to stay and I quickly learned to use it in my instruction and for myself.
While it’s important to make sure kids don’t spend all of their time on electronic devices, getting them a good kids tablet for structured use a home can help to prepare them for school and electronic learning.
Thanks for the great tips and suggestions,
