However, it is essential to acknowledge that not all apps are purely negative, as games play a significant role in early childhood learning, with more education-based games transforming the entire learning system. Discover the educator-endorsed tablets and the joy of your kid’s success. Find the best educative and interactive games that add fun to your child’s learning experience.
A study has revealed that most exceptional learning apps use instant feedback, game-playing tactics, as they layer the educational experience with fun. That makes education engaging, educative, fun, and filled with creativity. Does your child like games? What if you combine his or her learning with games. Make your child’s education memorable with excellent games.
But are Tablets Good for the Children?
They are revolutionizing the way kids think and play. That’s why fun learning experience is an avenue to success.
Isn’t screen time bad for the children?
You are your kids’ hope, and seeing them spend a lot of time playing on the phones, tablets, computers, etc., can feel worrying. Most parents assume that playing outside, being active, or reading many books is a better way for the children to excel. But that isn’t always the case.
While physical exercise, reading, gaming, and many more continue to play a unique role in our kid’s development, most parent and tutors entirely relying on these touch screen devices as they engage the children. Renowned experts suggest that young kids below two years old should not be exposed to screens, as others argue that it is not a problem at all, just as long as kid’s time is composed of a balanced range of different activities.
As parents, we sometimes worry that the time spent by our children playing on their screen may be stunting significant development both in the social and communication prowess. But, as technology and the device keep evolving, kids grow to become more creative and intuitive, since they will have opened up an enormous world of possibilities for them.
Make your kids feel comfortable. Let them open their mind to success, creativity, and innovation with fun learning tablets. Technology is an excellent solution to your child’s fun learning experience. Keeping them close to tech makes your kids happy and engaged.
Empower The Children to Communicate
Keep your kids confident with educator suggested tablets as they seek your intervention in their initial learning process. Kick out the learning curves and help your kids stay safe as they explore all possibilities for interactive learning.
But how can technology help?
Most young kids don’t communicate fluently by reading and writing, but instead, they are full of ideas — which they will want to explore and express. This can, at times, be frustrating both for you and your children. You have wanted to see your kids excel and using tech in the right way can be empowering as it will give your child confidence.
This can be true for children having communication difficulties. We understand that kids will have hiccups growing, so, introducing them to executive learning with tablets creates an impact on their experience.
Technology such as video-calling on a smartphone, tablet, or computer tablet supports both the child’s social interaction and communication skills as it gives them an interactive development platform. Discover outdoor gaming that your child enjoys most. Is it chase, football or racing?
Are you planning to take them out for boat rowing? What about playing video games with others? By doing this, kids will learn how to take turns or to explain things in different ways that’ll be understandable for someone who isn’t in a similar place.

Download kid-safe games. Let the children play them on their tablets as they prepare to learn and practice different activities. Are games helping your child? Allow them to play with their friends. If others join them by taking as well as viewing photos, it becomes shared experiences as it will provide active participation and open the mind for your kids to question, tell stories and develop creative responses.
Some elementary schools and preschools encourage the children to take advantage of the digital cameras for the photos and videos to show their families, — as that creates a focus for creating imaginations about their day when they aren’t home.
Learning Through Technology: All Your Child Needs!
The way kids learn through apps and games affects their performance. In a video, professor Joan of Brandon University explains what parents need to do so that they can unlock their learning outcomes with technology for their child. She suggested that kids are smart, and they stand an excellent opportunity to emerge winners.
And with interactive education, they will enjoy their fun learning experience. So, creating a free to decide environment helps your child enjoy learning. Customize their education with tablets as they explore unending experience. Discover the educator-endorsed tablets and the joy of your kid’s success that will create an impact on learning!
Guided interaction
Any app, game, or website provides a compelling learning opportunity for the child if you introduce him or her to practical ways of supporting their play. Firstly, monitor and establish what your child enjoys doing. Let the kids do it with confidence and help them in their hobbies. That is the initial plan for goal-based learning.

Practical guided learning is about finding the different ways of supporting your kids’ gaming and learning with tech. Kids have no experience and supporting them has a significant effect. It’s more than helping out when they are restricted and cannot move, and that’s all they need.
Guided creativity often comes naturally: show interest in your kids’ activities, ask them questions, make suggestions for them, encourage them, praise their achievements, and mostly, be nearby and help your children to handle their frustrations. All of these activities will build their confidence as they support your kid’s play and learning process.
Turn virtual fun into real-world skills with guided digital interaction, which involves thinking about various ways of extending kid’s learning beyond the touch screen. For instance, if virtual gaming entails sorting objects into different groups, you can relate it by making a follow up with a real-world game where the kids will need to sort the various activities such as washing.
So, you will have helped them to relate the class experience with the screen to daily life. Let your kids practice what they learn, as that is an active educational process. Blend their classwork with different activities that will allow them to excel with no glitches.
Let the Children Get Into Online Tasks
Engaging your child in daily tasks such as checking the weather, online shopping, or looking up directions can be great as they give the children confidence, a sense of purpose while developing their know‐how about the digital journey and how to find out about these things.

These tasks create excellent opportunities for talking with the kids about their wider world, and they help in building their general knowledge, e.g., their favorite foods & different kinds of weather. Let your child grow his experience with nursing fun. Create an overwhelming atmosphere for them to explore all opportunities as they relate a virtual experience in real steps.
How to find useful apps for children
Discover the best Educational avenues that will let your child learn without difficulties. The games, apps, & websites that come as educational’ aren’t always the best as they don’t always contribute to learning. Stating that they’re interactive doesn’t categorically mean that they’re any better than the old-fashioned workbooks having the right and wrong answers.

Kids may enjoy learning resources for a while, although, they will get a bit bored, or they may not be so appropriate for your child to explore. But giving the kids an engaging way to learn is vital. Finding the right app for your child’s age-appropriate experience can be crucial. With interactive games, engaging videos, inspiring music, and educative apps, your child will have an unstoppable learning platform.
Your child’s security is very vital, and it’s a priority. It is always essential to give your kids strong support that will see them learn with the motivation to excel. Set a pace for them with essential learning apps. While some apps can be worrying to introduce your kids to them, giving the children different approaches to success can be excellent.
Filter essential apps that are safe, efficient, worry-free, and all-around engaging. And sometimes, it’s better to incur a small cost if the learning apps promise no additional purchases. You can also consider the Storytime apps, which are free to download, completely free of uncompelling adverts or in-app purchases.
Choosing the Best Apps & Transform Your Child’s Learning Experience
You may not rely only on the appearance and color of a particular learning game or apps, but instead, you will need to read the user reviews; and also, you may be required to check the privacy policy in case you aren’t comfortable with the personal information for the app.
Inspire, grow and nurture your child to develop curiosity, as you help him or her to think about things differently as you provide them with a ray of games and fun learning apps. Does your child need open-ended games, which become more challenging? Do they encourage children to explore or have fun?
Balance your child’s experience every day.
Make it a routine. Your child needs your support to enjoy learning. Combine reading, physical exercises, and other interactive activities that play a very crucial role in the children’s early learning development with educator-approved tablets, which most parents depend on from time to time to engage their mind while they’re busy. Balance your child’s learning, security, and interactive activities.

This is what I love about the digital age; kids can broaden their horizons so much more and yes, they are full of ideas, as I once was as a kid. For me, it’s all about incorporating technology into learning, especially if the child thrives with technological devices. Our world is definitely not one size, fits all, and with technology, it allows kids where traditional learning devices (classroom, hard copy books, etc), might not come so naturally to them. I’m glad to see the tech age taking off and seeing more kids benefitting from such technology.

Hi Jack,
I am all for games to make learning more fun for my children. I agree with what you have written in your post, about allowing them to develop mentally with fun learning tablets. I have three girls who are part of this millennial generation, and after much thought and anxiety over how much screen time, they were spending on their learning tablets, I finally came to the conclusion, that it was better to let them learn the communication tools of the future, so that they can survive.
From as young as two I have bought them up with LeapFrog leap pad 1,2 and 3. LeapFrog is, in my opinion, the best or top of the learning pads for parents and is still very popular today. I am grateful that I never stopped my daughters from screen time. All three are top of their classes in whatever area subject that they have chosen.
Unlike my initial fears of their becoming ‘unsociable’ beings, they converse with others at a high level of intelligence for their age, and have learned to be creative and free-thinking. I believe it is the result of allowing them to use the LeapFrog pads from early on in their lives.
However, as you have advised, parents do still need to supervise the aps, so that they ensure their children’s safety.
I highly recommend LeapFrog pad 3, to any parent who have young children and endorse your counsel on developing children’s learning through fun learning tablet games/apps.

I agree that kids can and should learn from educational tablets as a supplementary lesson from formal school (or even preparing for them). Kids nowadays tend to handle gadgets easier, because they saw their parents doing things with gadgets every day.
My three years old nephew was educated with learning tablets. He is quick to understand several hard words because of the educational game he plays. I agree that one of the challenges for the parent is to filter the app. Sometimes his parent spend some budget to buy paid learning app, but it usually has more benefits and safer compared to free app.

Hi Jack,
I do agree that educational fun games in tablets for children could help them improve on their skills, as long as we parents guide them on these games and the time that they indulge should be limited.
My son who is 14, has been hooked to video games either in his iPhone or the laptop and this affects greatly his time to do his homework, so it is really important for us parents to really be strict in enforcing our kids to adhere to limits in their time for these gadgets.
Thank you for this information.

What a wonderfully informative and exhaustive review on learning based technology for kids. Born in 1988 before the Internet made its debut, I’ve gotten to experience both lives without apps and tablets and with them. I can honestly say that both sides of the argument are correct! Kids spend way too much time on cell phones and tablets and playing mindless video games and not enough time interacting with their environment and having face to face human interactions. However, I feel kids these days are more connected with the rest of the world and definitely technologically advanced – which is important in a world of technology that is only continuing to grow. Technology is inevitable and important. Switching out social media and mindless video games for educational apps provides a great balance for kids.
My biggest concern for screen time is health risks associated with the blue light. I highly recommend everyone purchase computer glasses and save their eyes!
Jack
